Sprinkles and Milk Ice Cream

**Disclosure: I was invited in by Sprinkles and Milk for an event. As always my opinions are 100% my own.***

Sprinkles and Milk is an ice cream shop located in South Euclid on Cedar Rd in a plaza located at the corner of Warrensville Center Rd. They hosted an event last Wednesday and we were so excited for the invite. Sprinkles and Milk opened in November of 2021 and is opened most days out of the year. The inside of the shop is simple with bright colored sayings and some ice cream decals. The dining room was opened up to make room for all that attended the event but it looks like their are a couple bright colored tables that are normally set up for eat in.

The menu consists of ice cream scoops you can get in a cup or waffle cone, ice cream flights, ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, shakes, hot dogs and smoking drinks. There were also some cake pops and another dessert option or two. For the event we were provided the option to try a scope of ice cream in a cup or waffle cone, shakes or smoked drinks. They do have some regular shakes but the stars of the show are the loaded shakes. I know what you are thinking how do you eat a loaded shake with just a straw? You don’t you must use a spoon to fully enjoy these shakes.

We didn’t try any of the scoops of ice cream as we couldn’t wait to try the shakes and wanted to make sure we had enough room. My favorite was the NYC which has strawberry cheesecake ice cream, strawberry drizzle, graham crackers and a slice of cheesecake. Everyone knows just about anything cheesecake I am a fan of. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream had a good cheesecake flavor with a hint of strawberry. The graham crackers are placed on the outside of the container and on top of the whipped cream. They give the shake some crunchiness which I really enjoyed and I mixed them in with the ice cream. Then the best part of the shake is the slice of New York style cheesecake. The piece is the right size to be a great addition to the shake and not be too much food.

We also tried the Glo Shake. When I saw the description of this I couldn’t wait to give it a try. It is made with vanilla ice cream, topped with Reese cups, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, caramel drizzle, and 24k eatable gold pieces, with a honey bun piece. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch outlined the shake container plus there was some on top, and ours had a Twix bar instead of Reese Cups but I’m not complaining it was a great addition with the caramel drizzle and the cinnamon. I didn’t get a chance to try the honey bun as my husband ate it before I could even notice it was gone. He seemed to really like this shake.

Two of the other options were the Birthday Bash and the Cookies Oh My. I did not try either of these but they both looked super adorable. The Birthday Bash has Birthday cake ice cream, sprinkles, whipped cream, and a slice of cake. The sprinkles were around the container and there was half a mini muffin as the cake piece. The Cookies Oh My had cookies and cream ice cream, fudge drizzle, was topped with chocolate chips, and Oreo cookies, some whipped cream, and then you get an ice cream sandwich and Oreo cookie to top it off. I am not much of a chocolate person that was why I didn’t try this one but it did look really fabulous for the chocolate lovers.

We also tried the Smoking Drinks, which consisted of a flavored lemonade, and some candies. They use dry ice to make the smoke and it is a cool touch. These were a little too sweet for my liking, as I don’t eat much candy anymore. I do think the kids will love the experience of the candy additions, the different colors and flavors of the lemonade and of course that their drink is smoking.

I really enjoyed this event, getting the chance to check out another new spot in the Cleveland area and meeting Atasia, the owner of Sprinkles and Milk. Sprinkles and Milk offers some unique ice cream and non-ice cream options with their specialty shakes and smoking drink. The shakes are little works of art and not your typical milk shake and I really think adults and kids will enjoy the experience Sprinkles and Milk provides.
