**Disclosure: I was invited in by Coyne’s Caribbean Coffee. As always my opinions are 100% my own.***
I want to lead off with if you see this coffee trailer it’s a must stop. I love when I have never heard of a business, they reach out to collaborate and then they aren’t just great they blow me away. If I didn’t work a full time job and was available to travel where they were at every day for coffee or other options which we will discuss I would.

Coyne’s does a lot for the surrounding communities. They spend lots of time at the local high schools on both the east and west side of Cleveland and at the Cleveland Clinic farmers market during the week and warmer months.

The night we met up with Coyne’s Caribbean Coffee they were making drinks at the Night Faire in Brooklyn, OH so you never know where you may see them. The whole night there was a long line and they never slowed down. If you know you know.

We tried multiple items that night but let’s start with coffee. They have mochas, lattes and cappuccinos on their menu that come in a bunch of flavors. They also have a seasonal menu which when we were invited in was a fall menu. We started with the Spiced Caramel Apple Latte, which was topped with a caramel drizzle and maybe an all spice seasoning and whipped cream. I’m a huge Apple coffee fan and this was one of my favorites I’ve ever had. It had a great apple flavor that wasn’t too strong but strong enough and it wasn’t too sweet. It was the perfect flavor profile. We also tried the Maple Leaf Dream which was more on the sweeter side. It as well had a great maple flavor to it. Both were fantastic!

Coynes has flavored lemonades if coffee is not your thing. They have multiple flavors and you can add an energy boost for an extra dollar. We tried the strawberry lemonade which strawberry is one of my favorite flavors. It was sweet and tart. I like that they have multiple flavors to choose from.

The last type of drink we tried which the high school kids love is a Dirty Soda. A dirty soda consists of a soda/pop, syrup, some have a mix as well and cream or coconut milk. I was skeptical about this as I’m not much of a pop drinker any more but WOW!!! I would get this over coffee and as I said before their coffee was great. We tried the cherry bomb which has Dr Pepper, cherry and vanilla syrup and cream. It was sweet and bubbly and creamy. The three flavors and the cream worked so well together.

Lastly, Coynes does have one food item. A Pearl Sugar Belgian Waffle which you can get with butter, syrup and whipped cream or they have 3 flavors. The flavors include strawberry, cinnamon sugar and chocolate. We tried the chocolate flavor which consisted of chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, whipped cream and chocolate chips. The waffle was fluffy but firm enough to support all the toppings. It was sweet but not too sweet. It had just the right amount of toppings. This is the perfect treat with your drink of choice.
You never know where you might see the Coyne Caribbean Coffee Trailer. They could be outside a high school, one of the local hospitals, a local business or farmers market. I appreciate how they volunteer their time and do so much for the local schools and businesses and are so supportive of Cleveland. If you see their trailer go grab a drink and a waffle.
