I checked out this little family owned breakfast spot in Euclid, Ohio on Friday. It sits in a little building with one other business I believe next door, right on the corner of 200th and Lakeshore Blvd. I completely fell in love with the vibe of this place.
I decided to eat in and sit at the bar. I chatted with a couple of the regulars, who are in there a couple times a week if not every morning. A lot of the customers that came in knew the owner, Diane by name. I spoke with Diane and she was so nice and provided a little back ground on the restaurant. I found out they have been opened for 27 years and they do have tons of regulars.
I think there was a chalkboard with some menu items listed but it seems like everyone just orders whatever they want within reason. I ordered a coffee and an egg bacon and cheese bagel. They have multiple flavors of bagels and I went with the Asiago bagel. One of the regular customers I chatted with said that they will make anything pretty much you ask for. Which I witnessed happened a couple times while I was there. My coffee was piping hot and my sandwich was so good. The bagel was toasted with crispy bacon just like I like.
I really am a fan of this place. I love places where there are tons of regulars and everyone knows everyone. Even though I was not a regular I felt like I was and had been going there for years. Everyone was so nice and the food was so good. I can’t wait to go back for another breakfast.
